Welcome to KegTime.com.au (“KegTime”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order, hiring kegs, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About KegTime
KegTime.com.au is operated by Keg Shack Pty Ltd (94 665 365 800), a Melbourne-based brewery providing keg hire, delivery, and collection services within Australia.
2. Eligibility
You must be:

At least 18 years old; and
-
Legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol in Australia.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and refuse service if verification is not provided.
3. Ordering and Payment

Orders must be placed through our website or approved contact channels.

Full payment, including any refundable deposit, must be received before delivery.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

KegTime reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
4. Refundable Deposits

A $50 refundable deposit per keg is charged at checkout.

Deposits are refunded once kegs, taps, and equipment are returned:

In good, working condition

Within the agreed hire period

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return.

Damaged, lost, or excessively dirty equipment may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Hire Period and Late Returns

Standard hire period: 3-30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Late returns may incur additional daily fees.

If equipment is not returned after 60 days, KegTime may charge the replacement cost of the items.
6. Delivery and Collection
-
Delivery and pickup are available within designated Melbourne areas.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Someone aged 18 or older must be present to accept delivery.

If no one is available, redelivery may incur an additional charge.
7. Use of Equipment

Kegs, taps, and gas bottles remain the property of Keg Time at all times.

Equipment must be used safely and appropriately.

Customers are responsible for any injury or damage resulting from misuse.

Gas bottles must not be tampered with, refilled, or used for any non-approved purpose.
8. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled 48 hours or more before delivery may be refunded in full.

Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit part or all of the hire fee, at KegTime’s discretion.

Refunds for faulty products will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
9. Responsible Service of Alcohol

We support and comply with Victoria’s Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we believe alcohol may be supplied to minors or used irresponsibly.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

KegTime is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use or misuse of hired equipment or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold KegTime harmless from any claim resulting from your use of our products or services.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
We only collect personal information necessary to process orders and provide our services.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on KegTime.com.au — including logos, images, text, and designs — is owned by or licensed to KegTime and may not be reproduced without permission.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website and takes effect immediately upon posting.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
