Refund policy
At Kegtime, we take pride in supplying high-quality beer and reliable keg hire equipment for your events and home enjoyment. To ensure smooth operations and fair service for all customers, please take a moment to review our return and exchange policies.
Returns
We kindly ask all customers to return keg hire equipment within the agreed timeframe:
- Pump and Bucket Setups: Must be returned within 2 weeks of hire.
- Keg-Only Hire for Home Systems: Must be returned within 12 weeks.
If items are not returned by these timeframes, additional hire or replacement charges may apply. We’ll always make contact before applying any charges — but please help us keep equipment in rotation by returning it promptly.
Exchanges
We stand by the quality of our beer. If there’s a problem with the beer itself, such as spoilage or off-flavours due to packaging or storage on our end, we’re happy to exchange the product.
However, please note:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their tap system is clean and functioning correctly.
- Issues such as over-carbonation, foaming, or poor pours often result from incorrect CO₂ pressure or dirty lines and are not covered by our exchange policy.
If you’re unsure, we’re happy to provide guidance on best-practice setup and pressure levels before use.
